    Spent some time in Oceanside and I was shocked at soem of the developments going up in the area.

    You can Zillow the address to get an idea of what I am talking about

    Never really considered Oceanside to be a million dollar area but I will say that they are doing a nice job with some of the homes they are building.

    I haven’t had the time to investigage Oceanside. Looks there they are building condos downtown. Do you guys think the area is safe with the bars and the roudy Marines? Downtown Oceanside is probably way overpriced.
