Zeit: Didn’t you hear? It is NOT Obama’s fault. He said so in one of his speeches. Yup, it’s the “other guys” fault (you know, the GOP).
So, after spending his first two years blaming everything on Dubya (with some validity, to be sure), now he’s turning from that to blame the GOP for everything else.

I forgot. This is going to be a long summer. We could start a list of things, people, natural phenomena he has not used to explain his failure yet. He reminds me of insurance companies, blaming everything on acts of God to get out of paying for them! He has not blamed sun spots or CME’s yet. That might be a good one. He could have NASA issue a press release.
