We have used them about 3 times. We have a lab and a child and a 2000 sq ft home. Cost about 150 bucks for stairs and all rooms. They spot clean and have removed stains that were there from before we moved in. All the guys that came were on time, professional and the job was excellent. Highly recommend.
Im not sure on berber. We have pretty thick carpets. The company I mentioned vacuums, uses some chemical process or something then steams it out (Kind of like those ones you rent from the supermarket but way more powerful). They require a hookup to your hoseline.
