Yes, excellent area. I have friends on both Granada and Dale (Dale was S. Park – this friend is now deceased). Fantastic opportunity for a new owner who can restore it correctly. I see new siding was put on at some point but front porch/entrance/entry door need replacement. Love all the built-ins. If a corner has to be jacked up, that’s not uncommon for a property of this age – so be it. For the right buyer, this was a special opportunity that presents itself often just once in a lifetime!

Yes, BG repeated similar sentiments on the Point Loma thread. I tend to agree w/you pemeliza. I think prices are returning to what they are worth w/out the tricks and manipulations involved.

I’m in the middle. I tend to beleive there are special opportunities that present themselves once in a lifetime out there. I’m just not confident in BG’s ability to pick them out.
