ParticipantIt is on the boundary but considered North Park. I actually had a client who saw the home. Needed alot of work and had foundation damage and you needed a rehab loan, at least that was our impression. This home was also bought for cash.

Participant
For those of you looking to avoid the “flipper mark up” in North Park, it looks like someone got a good deal on a craftsman fixer:
http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-100062804-2912_Granada_Ave_San_Diego_CA_92104
I wonder if this will be back as a flip or if it will end up owner occupied.
Yes, excellent area. I have friends on both Granada and Dale (Dale was S. Park – this friend is now deceased). Fantastic opportunity for a new owner who can restore it correctly. I see new siding was put on at some point but front porch/entrance/entry door need replacement. Love all the built-ins. If a corner has to be jacked up, that’s not uncommon for a property of this age – so be it. For the right buyer, this was a special opportunity that presents itself often just once in a lifetime!
