North park flips… relatistic prices?

$534k for a 2/1 under 1000 feet? I’d say that the MH premium is still rather high. Nice kitchen…from the 70’s.

The built-ins are nice but there’s no way I’d pay that much for that place.

The number of homes that actually get to bidding are WAY less then last year at this time. Similarly opening bids are higher then they were last year.
