GuestI li8ke Hillcrest, especially the area between University and Upas, from 1st through 7th Avenues. It is more stable and dependable that NP. The UH area just over the footbridge is nice, too.

I’m currently renting a 1 bedroom apartment on 1st ave just south of Pennsylvania for a mere $850 a month and wouldn’t give it up for the world. Until condo prices in Hillcrest drop below $240/sf I’m not going anywhere.
