ParticipantWhen I lived there I got mugged walking home one night; right by the Albertsons on Louisiana St.
The whole area is still seedy and I suspect during the coming capitulation its only going to get more so.
Renting in Hillcrest is where its at for me right now. Maybe I’ll by a condo here post capitulation.
