If we get that double dip thing, I bet we could see some holes.
But then I may not be in the market either at that point.
Still I want my Mc-Mansion with the ocean view for around 400K (low tax and no HOA if possible Please).
But I stopped holding my breath last year..

But they aren’t. If they were only 50% higher nominally since 1999, that wouldn’t be too much out of the ordinary. They are about 80% higher, sometimes more.
