I have been tracking a couple of zip codes in LA using the Zip realty website. I’ve been pulling data off and entering into a spreadsheet so I can track specific properties in the zip codes. Zip has a tab that leads to “estimated value” data. This included the hilariously inflated zillow “zestimates” but also contained past sales date and amount for about 60% of properties. Now, both the zestimates and the past sales data are gone. Does anyone have any info on this? Same thing happening in SD (or other) zip codes? The past sales price (and date) info was really useful. It’s a shame it is gone…
