Nightmare Loan Experiences ??

I’m asking for it..

I’d like to hear from people who were promised one thing and received another…

a) Rate locks that didn’t exist..
b) Promises of fixed rates that turned out to be adjustable…
c)Loans that didn’t close on time and ended up with worst case pricing.
d)Lying loan officers etc..
e)Fees that multiplied at closing

I got one about a loan broker!

This guy was a total jerk! He kept on posting on a internet site about what rates were and how income and credit scores really do matter. And how the loan will actually have to be for less than the value of the house. and Ill actually have to document my income. And maybe, just maybe, I wont qualify for the lowest advertised rate I just saw randomly on a pop-up ad.

He kept bringing facts and reality into my housing fantisy world and kept poping my daydream bubble. Plus he kept charging us the outragious cost of free for all this! Whata prick huh?!? 🙂 (just my way of saying thanks, and bump)
