That one could tend to make a guys head hurt. Breaks my damn heart too…the way you say it. My situation was so much different on my only post marriage RE purchase. I would like to think getting something I am crazy about had nothing to do with leverage though. My wife loves the place and her life now too. I think that’s what you want, a good business decision that works. Maybe renting is it for you.
