    Innovest reports a new record for foreclosures in December in San Diego County

    Notices of Default for December: 2,784
    Previous record was 2,350 in August 2007

    Trustee’s Deeds for December 1,285
    Previous record was 911 in October 2007

    Percentage of notices of default that went to sale 46.16%

    Just the start. January 2008 will be worse
