New Low price per sq ft.

Could explain why Murrieta was number one city in the Nation for Home resales (not new home sales).

Temecula was number three city.

I can tell you there is a lot of demand (at that price) there were about 10 foreclosures in My tract in December, there seems to be only two left out of that (eight closed in December).

These things are getting eaten up like candy.
I would say the area is over sold and it would not take much to get a spike in price here.

Also if it’s a short sale they put a really low price on the MLS to get lots of offers, (these things rarely sell for the list price) I have seen them go for as much as 150K more than the list price.
