Needless to say I wont be wasting my efforts on that market.
. Yes I can easily beat that, but not in SoCal. In Girard KS, that would be expensive.

For prices to be that low, i figure there is essentially no demand for that product. Why would I want to expend my best efforts if there is no demand there? I am doing business all over SoCal these days and of the 3 counties I work, SD is far and away the strongest. There is quite a bit of demand here. cant say the same for Riverside or even Orange County.

If you’re talking about McMansion only, I see as low as $67/sq-ft in Fresno.
