    Not sure if everyone saw the new Jumbo loan program. 5% for loans up to I believe 1.5M? Oh yeah… it is likely TARP money is helping to fund this program.

    Yeah!!!! The spigot is open. HAHAHAHA… It definitely is getting me off the fence to seriously make some lowball offers on houses (already have one offer in).

    Any idea when the program really starts up? I haven’t seen these actual rates being offered yet.

    From what my mortgage broker has told me…

    Full Doc
    80% LTV or less
    6 months reserve

    The rate is low but the assumptions are conservative…but they should be.
