Yea that’s about my price point, but the HOA !!
also need it with ocean view (could be distant)
well who knows maybe I will get my mc-mansion with the ocean view yet. (no HOA no MR)

If not, price is pretty good. Floor plans aren’t bad – only one we would consider is the largest one since it is the only one w/downstairs bedroom/office. But since it is only $40K more than the smallest model, why not go for the gold?
