GuestGood prices for the size house.
People paid more for lesser houses in Temecula.That’s the market at work. Builders finding land at reasonable prices and continuing to build and sell at prevailing prices.

While I agree that the layouts, views and location are nice, it’s going to be a decade before those homes are worth what they sold for in 2005. Some sold for over $1MM, now listed in the $500k’s. They’re really where they should be right now, imo.
