    Ah yes, north of Olive near the “gun” streets (Remington, Winchester, etc.) And whaddya know, the model homes are showing up on Google Maps already.

    I think it’s a pleasant enough location, quiet, nice climate … just that the houses are twice the size of anything else in the neighborhood.

    CalWest – didn’t you guys build the Serramar community in La Mesa? We were very impressed with the layouts of Serramar, but man those buyers have been clobbered! Bad timing for them!

    We did build the Serramar project and over time those values will come back. The views at Serrmar are amazing and people love the central location.
