I was looking at some of the Del Sur houses, and it seems like the inventory is very low. Pasado are all sold out, and the builder is trying to get money to buy more lots. I imagine it’s similar for the other models.
Based on the macro-economics, the price should drop. But the government keeps instituting policies that prop prices up. At some point, many of us first-time buyers will probably get tired of waiting and capitulate 🙁
