new house hunterThanks to everyone. I will definitely be choosy, if fact, I am really getting to see what everyone’s been talking about this “spring bump.” We looked all winter and saw many possibilities, unfortunately 2 of these were short sales. One went to another buyer and the other is still out there in short sale limbo. Since then, we haven’t seen anything on the market that we can grow old in for 600-700K. The search continues…if I see anything I’ll post the address to get everyones opinion. Seems like everything in that range is <1800 sq feet which is a little tight for us- midwest immigrants.
