If I want to piss people off, I’d make sure it was obvious…Like, if you let a dog poop on my house and you weren’t courteous enough to pick up after I ask you politely a few times, I’d be sure to leave it on your 7 series or doorstep where I would make sure you would see it.

this is one situation where i wouldn’t mind a hoa. normally, a drag. but when dealing with a true ass, it’s nice to have numbers. a good legal way to drive the pitbull dude out with lots of ticky tacky citations.
