Neighbors hate my Dog?!

I’m trying to find out where I said or implied that.
Come to think of it, Where did I mention this too about temperament:

It’s simple actually-just keep your dog under control when you are near my kids- if you can’t…

You are wrong- it is solvable, its just that some folks won’t like the methods
