Khov is offering 10% commission. Crazy man…
Anyways yes any agreement you want to make with a buyers agent regarding that is best to be put in writing. It really depends on how much you trust the agent. Also there are complexities in how the rebate gets back to you from the agent that you need to work out with them.
In terms of who should get how much? Well that is up to you to negotiate. I guess it depends on how much work that agent has done for you.
