    I believe sdr’s LOL was in response to this from Jp
    “…Exception – sdr’s area. They don’t need the tax credit and his area always goes up. ;)” and not your particular situation.

    Thank you and yes I was refering to the notion that my area only goes up.

    I second the notion also that getting good help is always a good idea.
