I COMPLETELY agree with the “false” up. That’s why I have such a problem with the hike in price, compared to what was promised originally!!! What a joke the market has been… I’m no idiot on the housing market. Unfortunately we got stuck in the middle of the “false up”.
My real concern was on the “legality” of the terms promised….unethical or unlawful?? We’ve retained an attorney after lots of prayer, remarks and thought. Thanks for the input

I believe sdr’s LOL was in response to this from Jp
