I think you might be confusing me with SD Realtor however I dont think either of us this there isnt potential depreciation ahead.My general philosophy is that it is very difficult to find a house you love around here and when you find one its worht going after if you are within range of where the bottom should fall. I think those homes probably fall in that category pricewise. The problem is that the lower prices go the more competitive it becomes to get the great ones which are tough to find good or bad market. I have had clients lose great unique homes over 5 to 10K and spend the next couple years trying to find one like it before giving up and still regretting the decision.
