That’s a good price. Not too many people here on Piggs that like Chula Vista. I just put in an offer on a house on Babbling Brook in Rolling Hills. Didn’t get it. It was a short sale also. Good luck with you purchase.

Babbling Brook has nice homes, did the seller not accept your offer or was it the bank.

Babbling Brook has nice homes, did the seller not accept your offer or was it the bank.
