NAR 2007 forecast out, same old same old

NAR 2007 forecast is out, flat sales, less than 2% movement in the median.

Outside of the lower median price this is basically the same forecast they always give every year.

Interesting that they dont think unemployment to change much.

This BS reminds of the theory of weather prediction which goes : If you look at the sky today and predict that tomorrow will be the same weather as today you will right more than 50% of the time. Why bother !

The were constantly wrong on the way up when they forecasted 6-7% increases and we go 10-20%, so I suspect they will be wrong on the way down.

IONEGARM, I also wish the http text was automatically encoded. I don’t understand the limitations of different forum software though. Rich uses Dupral for the forum management, so perhaps it just can’t do that.
