ParticipantI think out of the 10 homes we purchased at trustee sale I know at least 3 of them had owners who had other homes in foreclosure as well. If I dug down probably the number is even higher.

ParticipantIt definitely strikes me as low. Just in my ‘hood (UC) where I’m following NOTs more closely I’ve seen a couple of places where when I check the ownership it’s clear the person owns several properties and more than one is in distress…
Perhaps this is more a reflection of the system moving slow as mud – and these folks don’t qualify YET – because the foreclosures keep getting postponed.
