Last time we moved we used Discount Movers. They sent a team of three guys and a truck. They were hardworking and careful, very professional. I’d highly recommend them.
Best to wrap your own stuff, and to move anything particularly fragile yourself. If you get everything boxed up, two or three guys and a truck will only need a half day rental.
