Mortgage rate outside the range supported by Microsoft

Microsoft published a few MS Excel templates, one of which is Loan Analysis Worksheet

The template returns monthly payment for different interest rates, years of loan, etc.
The lowest rate supported by the template is 4%, it won’t work with my 3.875% 30y.
