CORE,
You need to give it up already…you are not going to elicit sympathy here for being a fool with your money. Stop using this site as your personal forum.

I won’t say that nobody here gives a F**K, because that isn’t true – but you have received as much sympathy as you are going to get
Me personally, you and your kind make me sick – it’s like you are running to mom for help after you started a fight with your brother and got your ass kicked

I was involved in real estate fraud at the tail end of the last cycle – a Robert Allen “Zero Down” seminar got me all excited about real estate – while shopping for property I met two con men – they led me down the primrose path but I was complicit all the way – they set me up with employment showing I made $140K – I was making less than $40K at the time – they created very realistic looking pay stubs and W-2s for the loan process – they had an office front setup to verify employment if anyone checked – I signed the documents for the first two deals they setup for me – they did two more deals with my signature forged – I owned two 45′ power boats in Newport Beach and never saw either one of them! – I didn’t even know I owned the boats until I saw my credit report – long story short: I ended up testifying in front of a grand jury about these two men – I was honest about my involvement and nobody chose to bring charges against me – by the time I testified at the grand jury, one of the two men had killed his wife and then committed suicide – the other one was long gone – none of the lawyers or investigators that I talked to thought the con man would be caught or that any of the ‘victims’ would receive any of their money back – a few months later I declared bankruptcy on my lawyer’s advice and started the process of getting on with my life (the bk made it less likely that any creditor would try to come after me to recover their losses)
coreclient – eventually you will realize that there is no cheese at the end of the path you are on – I hope for your sake that you don’t waste too much of your life trying to find the ‘justice’ that you seeking – life is too short
