You believe incorrectly. People who sold at the peak were part of the problem? I have absolutely no idea where you’re coming up with this. Now, folks who BOUGHT at the peak, and stretched financially to do so, were certainly part of the problem. And, obviously, someone had to sell them that property, but… no, I’ve never inferred that anyone who sold at the peak was part of any problem.
