The town and the neighboring surrounds look like a nice place, but one of the Tees for the golf course looks like a challenge – nice water hazard.

As with any investment, it’s all about what you pay for it.
I’ve heard of a few stories where people made a killing on MH parks, but that was usually because they were in the “path of progress” like sdr said, above.
OTOH, if you’re just looking for some decent income — not necessarily making a killing — they can be good investments as well. You just have to know what you’re doing.
