Mission Possible?

This Standard Pacific sales campaign “Mission Possible” looks like it was created by some summer intern. No offense to you summer interns out there!

The full 2 page ad in today’s Union Tribune has a cheesy fake govt logos, “FBI – For Buyers with Intelligence”. Anybody buying into this certainly wouldn’t fall into that category.

Here’s link to LAtimes article, looks like a flop. I hope that summer intern wasn’t expecting a job after graduation.

Gimmicks will not sell homes now

Once the real crap hits the fan the downturn will accelerate and stupid gimmicks like used car sales tactics will fail to sell homes unless prices drop.

if you google “standard pacific mission possible”, the fifth and sixth links also go directly to BMIT, the seventh link goes to the LA Times article.
