ParticipantYep and it was FHA financed as well! They did a garage conversion and they did not know if it was done with permits or not. However it was either permitted or overlooked by the appraiser and the buyer got it.

ParticipantI know Goldfinch can be a somewhat busy surface street, but that’s a surprising trend for that ZIP. 92103 and 92106 are starting to see declines not seen a year ago.

FHA means the buyers likely got in for =<$25K investment (incl closing costs)!!
