Someone got a good deal on that Columbia house. $325/sf for that location and quality of construction is excellent. Nice view from the roof deck as well. I am surprised that it didn’t sell for $800K at least.
I agree with CONCHO that Columbia was a good deal. It would be hard to find a high quality newly constructed condo with that location, view, and size for 725k.

2940 Columbia? I think I could throw a baseball off that deck onto the 5. One of my friends lives on State St in that neighborhood. I wouldn’t call it Mission Hills, though he does. The 92103 has some nice pocket neighborhoods. Not sure that’s one of them.
