Everything I have been writing about is now starting to happen.
S&P is at 600?
March 11, 2007 at 9:36 PM #47395powaysellerParticipantwoody- education is not free. Do you work for free?
I am not sure if S&P will go to 600 by this spring as the recession is taking longer to come about. I am invested since one month in bear market funds.
March 11, 2007 at 9:45 PM #47396woodrowParticipantYou’re “not sure”? It ain’t happening.
And I’m not insulting you, just asking that you not spam the “other bloggers” section.
GL with your website – I personally think you have a lot to offer but wish your analysis and insights were free.
March 11, 2007 at 9:50 PM #47397PerryChaseParticipantpowayseller, best to luck to you. I check your site daily for interesting article. I’ve not subscribed yet, but may do so in the future.
I’d say that $25 per quarter is not too much to ask. Hell, PBS/NPR have several pledge drives per year. Think of what you pay for cable TV.
I’m sure powayseller is not making money (yet) on her website. She has to pay for web design, hosting, corp taxes, etc…
Professor Piggington used to charge for premium content but he discontinued it.
Powwayseller does excellent work. She’s on the pessimistic side. Reader should take her work in context and balance it with other articles from other authors.
The more “analysts” we have, the better informed we are.
March 11, 2007 at 9:50 PM #47398sjkParticipantPlease! You write as if you’re the only one who saw this coming(As it pretends to real estate). Why do most people come to this site? Most of what you post here is already on the net.
You front yourself as seer, but from what I gleam from your posts, you’re not even a trader. Try trading what you what believe…………….than report.
March 11, 2007 at 9:58 PM #47399powaysellerParticipantI agree that the duplicate posts are annoying. I have asked squarespace to fix that.
I wonder if your CPA does your taxes for free…after all, you could just do them yourself on Turbotax. Does your kids’ kindergarten teacher work for free? Hmmmm…people actually expect to get paid for their work? What is this world coming to?
March 11, 2007 at 11:15 PM #47403SD RealtorParticipantSD Appraiser –
I addressed your post in such a manner because I thought it peculiar that you singled out that my name in your post. The listing I have on her site doesn’t say SD Realtor’s listing. I would have not said anything or acted in a defensive manner if you simply would have said that she has listings featured on her site.
Also no I don’t pay her or anyone else who post my listings. As you know DRE law lets you advertise other brokers listings if you receive permission from them to do so.

Also as I sit here and type I see a big fat Option One Mortgage advertisement immediately to my left. It is not like Piggington does not have advertising all over it.
