    Interesting….if I had 399K in cash, I would still put only 20% down if financing below 5% for 30yrs was available to me.

    I don’t think they are retarted. They just willing to take more risks (many Asians in Casinos). Unfortunately it was bad timing.

    Speaking from experience, houses that back up on Calle Cristobal have lot of road noise in the backyard. The residents of this house probably keep their sliding door closed most of the times.
