    Wow 399k? 440k was only my guess. If the interior is nice I would have paid that much.

    I wonder why the bank doesn’t wait for more offers? They could have gotten 30-40k more.

    It has been on the market fir a week now. Why didn’t you submit an offer $20k over asking, like you said you would? They would have sold it to you. Good deal comes and goes quickly.

    I was on vacation and just saw it today. I wonder if they would the the cash or financing+20k?

    Somebody please tell us how much money the previous owner took out in refi.

    They bought the house in 1999 for $240k.

    Previous owner was DUONG PHAN TO, apparently not an Asian who never defaults and will leave the house to his kids 😉 (just kidding).
