anyone see any properties to note in mira mesa lately? AN?
Haha, funny how you mentioned me at the end. I do not like this spring bounce one bit. I’m waiting for it to die down and take the next leg down. Hopefully it’ll occur this winter. I see and hear of way too many Asian families out there buying. Most of them have at least 20% if not more for down payment as well. Some have as high as 50% down and they’re looking in MM :-(. They all prefer the west end of MM too, so no great deals on the west side. A lot of decent price on the east side though.August 7, 2008 at 2:45 PM #254462anParticipant
anyone see any properties to note in mira mesa lately? AN?
