ParticipantVirtually every listing under 350K that you posted that is currently listed with a prior 2004 to 2006 sale will result in a 30%+ decline by the time it closes. A couple look like they could go over a 40% decline. Thats good enough for me to call it a 30 to 40% decline over there for the 350K and under market.
