I lived in a twinhome for a few years, and it was actually a pretty nice experience. Forces one to get to know their neighbors, and acknowledge a small amount of interdependence without wanting to strangle each other on a regular basis. The bigger problem with twinhomes is that they tend to be buried in suburbia.

February 13, 2009 at 4:10 PM #346056SD RealtorParticipantYeah AN and Nostra as you know my old landlord tried to pawn the Cheryl Ridge home off for I think… maybe somewhere in the mid 600s… you gotta be kidding me… it was bigger then Norcanyon but even then back in spring of 07 he was on crack… I like to gamble and I would agree with AN that it will most likely top 450k…Now as for 350k somewhere in the future? wowsers… maybe but that would be an armegeddon… as for 250k? ron paul has a better chance of being elected president.

SD R, just in case you didn’t pick it up, I was just kidding. Although some people on here do believe it’ll go down to 350k easily. It’s just MM, the ghetto. Why would anyone pay more than 350k to live int he ghetto.I do think the house you rented are in a more desirable area vs the Norcanyon houses. They are newer and the streets there less busy, since there are fewer houses per cluster. I did went to the open house for the house you rented too. He was on crack for trying to sell it for 650k.
