Participant
The home on Norcanyon has had alot of offers. I had an offer in for someone at slightly below asking that was rejected with no counter offer. Not sure if it will go over 450k but will not be surprised. No appliances in the home either. Definitely wrecking the comps for that submarket.
That didn’t surprise me at all that they had a lot of offers and rejecting an offer slightly below asking. The last time a house like this in this area got listed, it was around $525k. So, it wouldn’t surprise me either if it get closed over 450k. At least they’re letting the market tell them what the market price is instead of guessing all the way down.February 13, 2009 at 2:05 PM #346316an

ParticipantIt doesn’t surprise me either. Those homes are nice, very tempting. Even last year they were tempting at $550k… in 2006 at $650k.

So does that mean in 2010, it’ll be 350k and 2011 it’ll be 250k?February 13, 2009 at 3:32 PM #346356an
