ParticipantI remember going to an open house in this neighborhood in 2004 (don’t remember sq. footage) and it was priced in the low $700’s! A friend of mine was looking to buy off Sean Taylor Lane in 2001 for mid to upper $300K. There is definitely something wrong with this listing. Are they trying to get multiple offers in hopes of creating a bidding war?
