Can I just say that Mr. Battiatia’s clients are not the nicest in the world. I live near one of his listings. Had people parking in our driveway, walking through the backyard at ALL hours of the day/night (kinda creaped us out to see people walking in an out with flashlights when we come home), opening up everyones mailboxes “just to see” (no they didnt go through the mail). Let me be clear, I don’t hold him personally responsible for the poor decisions of his clients, but alittle common deciency would be nice and I also dont have to like it when he brings them to my neighborhood.
