You’ve got stuff like number of homes who’s mortgage payments consume 30% or more of income. Number of folks with masters degrees. (Carmel valley is full of highly educated folks… so is the east part of UTC.)

It’s even got percent of households with same sex couples.

That’s a great site for a data junky like me.

Carmel Vally tract 8333 – $126676

Scripps Ranch tract 17046 -$132941
Scripps Ranch tract 9504 – $146705

I can go on and on. But seems like these areas may not be filled with overextended homeowners as some are alleging.
