I agree with you on that; which is why I said earlier that I am very picky when tri-levels are concerned. However, for a tri-level, I think it was a pretty good floorplan.
Personally I was shocked about the noise from Nobel in some units in Avanti and Vista La Jolla. At least freeway noise is more white/background noise.

You are probably right, but that’s the case with almost all of the UTC/Rennaisance/La Jolla Colony. So if you have to be in that area, which I did, you pay for the “privilege”…

I was thinking to offer them 500K but I thought it would be ridiculed…No, it’s not worth more than 500K. I live in one like that unit so I know.
But I am willing to bet there will be enough desperate, worried people that they’d actually get close to 600K for it. I’ll keep you posted!
