    Will the selling of short term treasuries/bonds by freddie mac next week cause refi rates to drop? Anybody refi lately with FHA loan? Talked to BofA my servicer and was told I would probably never want to refi my 30 year @ 4.875%, but I’m not so sure about that.

    4.875 seems kinda of high.. Are you in a conforming or not?

    If by conforming you mean did I put down 20% or more then the answer is no. Why I went FHA instead of Freddie/Fannie I’m not sure as my credit is excellent. Will Freddie/Fannie allow 10% equity on a refi? Wish FHA would step up and put up a site documenting what changes they have made in the past as to what MIP is required.
